John has spent 32 years in the Recruitment Industry in a number of consulting and directorship roles and is the majority owner of Compello Staffing Group.
John is responsible for the appointment of the board and working with it on strategic and business planning matters. When not acting as an adviser and sounding board he spends his time supporting other group firms.
John has an eye for detail and is very passionate about great service and collaborative working both in and outside of the group.
Stuart is an experienced recruitment professional of over 8 years' specialist sector experience. With a proven track record across the whole spectrum of Life Sciences, he is known as one of the industry's leading figures. As a consultant, Stuart has covered key areas including clinical operations, marketing and business development. As a leader, he also covers medical device, regulatory affairs and market access.
Ensuring that employees reach their true potential is one of Stuart's key objectives and he is known for being a strong, competent and ethical leader.
Stuart's primary focus is to develop the European business for TGI Life Sciences. Based in London, he travels extensively throughout Europe and has excellent long-term relationships within the industry.
Lesley studied applied mathematics gaining a first class degree before embarking on a successful career in accountancy. She is responsible for overseeing all matters relating to finance, supporting for the board on business planning, financial forecasting and management.
She provided financial advice and supported the board in the acquisitions of Tudor Personnel and Jobact Petrochem.
She has been with the Group for over 10 years and has additional responsibility as Group Finance Director and shareholder of Compello Staffing Group.

James is a highly experienced Life Sciences Recruitment professional with over ten years in the recruitment industry. He has lead teams in both the UK and Germany with clients stretching across Europe and the USA. Having lived and worked internationally this gives James a balanced and positive view when recruiting people globally. This also offers James a unique experience that enables him to share knowledge on the planning and potential difficulties for professionals relocating.
Throughout James’ career he has worked across a number of areas within Life Sciences including Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Business Development, Market Access and Medical Writing. This provides a huge network of talent and decision makers that both candidates and clients can benefit from.
He is known for having an honest approach and high standards in both his internal and external relationships. With a keen eye for detail and a willingness to help others to succeed he is a proven and highly successful leader within the TGI Life Sciences business.
James’ primary focus is to drive the permanent recruitment team to provide the highest possible standard of service to our clients and to provide support to the development of these consultants.
Sam has over 5 years’ experience recruiting within the life sciences sector and has focused predominantly on the successful hiring of sought after regulatory affairs professionals. Sam has been able to utilize his experience to bring the US market exceptional regulatory affairs talent.
Sam proved his exceptional ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates in the UK with TGI Life Sciences before realizing his dream of relocating to Boston. Since relocating to the US, Sam has gone from strength to strength which has led to the expansion in our US client base. Sam now leads the Boston office under the guidance and assistance of Stuart. Their sole aim is to offer the clients the same level of excellence that TGI Life Sciences is founded
